Low-Fat Peach Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 (1.1 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) nonfat vanilla yogurt
    4 medium peaches, sliced
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Add sugar, mixing until creamy. Fold in pecans and oatmeal.
    Spread mixture on a cooking sheet coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet onto wax paper.
    Cool.
