Mushroom Baked Pickle-Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 to 2 chopped dill pickles
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dill pickle juice
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients.
    Fashion into 6 patties.
    Brown quickly in a hot skillet.
    Place browned patties in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
