Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a small mixer bowl, beat margarine until softened.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt; beat until fluffy.
    Stir in 1 cup flour.
    Press dough onto the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
