Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock or water
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper.
    Fry until browned. Place meat in casserole.
    To frying pan, add mushrooms, onion and parsley; cook a few minutes.
    Stir in and brown the flour.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over cutlets.
    Bake in slow oven, 325\u00b0, for one hour.
    Serves 6.
