Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    hot pepper
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Wash, drain and drop mushrooms into salted boiling water.
    Let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine everything into a mixing bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Let stand, the longer the better.
