Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 + 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Add to remaining ingredients and mix well.
Fill 2 well-greased loaf pans half full and bake on the center rack of oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
Remove from pan.
