Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Crisco
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
canned milk
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Add enough canned milk to make stiff. Put in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, take out and roll out for pies.
Can use apples, cherries or any other fruits.
Fry until golden brown.
Take out and drain on paper towel and sprinkle with sugar.
