Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 small zucchini, cut in half
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. parsley
1 chopped tomato
1 clove garlic
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. basil
Preparation

Scoop out seeds, then mix oil, onion and garlic and cook.
Mix remaining using 2 tablespoons parsley, then fill zucchini.
Put chopped tomato and remaining 2 tablespoons parsley on top.
Bake until tender.
