Creamy Potato Leek Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced leeks (white and bit of green)
4 c. diced, peeled potatoes
5 to 6 c. chicken stock
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Bring leeks, potatoes and chicken stock to boil in large saucepan.
Season to taste with salt.
Cover partially and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Puree soup.
Whisk in cream.
