Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can cut squash, drained, or 1 1/2 pt. fresh squash, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs, buttered
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix squash, onion, margarine, eggs, salt and pepper in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cook for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese and bread crumbs on top.
Return to oven and continue cooking until well browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
