Chicken Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. chicken stock or 1 can chicken and rice soup
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Trim fat and bone from chops.
    Dredge pork in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder.
    Brown with oil in a large skillet.
    Add chicken stock and cover.
    Simmer until the gravy is thickened, approximately 30 minutes.
