Company Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
2 lemons, sliced very thin
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter. Add shrimp mixture.
Put in long flat Pyrex dish and cover with sliced lemons.
Cook, covered, 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until hot.
It may be frozen ahead.
