Spiced Potpourri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 whole cloves
    3 sticks cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. pickling spice
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine and add to 1 quart of water and simmer in open pan. Let cool and store, covered, in jar in refrigerator.
    Reheat on stove or in potpourri pots if you wish.
