Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (2 cans) garbanzo beans (chickpeas)*
1/2 c. tahini paste (sesame paste)
1/3 c. warm water
1/3 c. olive oil
2 to 4 tsp. lemon juice (I use 4)
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
black pepper to taste (I use about 1/4 tsp.)

Variation: Add 6 ounces artichokes.
