Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. center cut boneless loin pork chops (4 or 5)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. mixed herbs (I use Mrs. Dash)
    1 can condensed mushroom soup (try Campbell's golden)
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Dredge chops in herb seasoned flour.
    Brown chops in a skillet.
    Mix can of condensed mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over chops.
    Simmer until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
    Serves 2.
