Bacon And Eggs(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut bacon in half and place in 1-quart dish or micro pan. Cover with paper towel.
    Cook in microwave oven, covered, on Full power for 1 minute.
    Arrange bacon at edge of dish.
    Break egg into center of dish.
    Pierce yolk with knife or fork.
    Cook in microwave, covered, on Full power for 20 to 45 seconds, or until egg is cooked as desired.
    Season with salt and pepper as desired.
