Garden Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 medium cucumbers
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. snipped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice and vinegar.
    Measure 3/4 cup of the gelatin mixture and to it add 1/4 cup water.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until almost set.
