Cornmeal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 small pkg. Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
1 can creamed corn or 1/2 cream-style and 1/2 kernel corn
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix all together.
Top with grated cheese (I use Cheddar cheese).
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or about 25 minutes in microwave.
Sprinkle on more cheese just before finished baking.
