Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
    1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn with red and green pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
    Stir in salsa, corn, water and chili powder; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 to 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Fluff mixture with fork; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
