Marshmallow Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white Karo
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together egg whites and salt with electric mixer until frothy.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat until smooth and glassy. Slowly add Karo and continue beating until frosting peaks.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Makes enough for 2 (9-inch) layers.
