Frozen Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 c. raw corn, cut off cob
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
5 c. ice water
Preparation
-
Do not heat.
Mix and freeze.
Work as fast as you can and put in freezer bags.
You should have enough juice to cover corn in bag.
Cook as raw corn for table use.
I have tried this recipe for many years.
It keeps well.
