Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Combine buttermilk, oil and egg.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
    Turn when top is bubbly and edges look cooked.
    Makes about 9 (4-inch) pancakes.
