Near Eastern Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Maxwell House instant coffee
2 c. hot brewed Maxwell House coffee
4 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon or cardamon

Preparation

Dissolve instant coffee in the brewed coffee; stir in honey and spice.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Serve hot in demitasse cups.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Makes 6 demitasse servings.
