Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
    3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1/3 c. finely minced onions
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and dill weed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid; flake.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
