Cape Cod Fish Chowder(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. diced potatoes
    3/4 lb. flounder filets, cut into small chunks
    1/2 lb. scallops
    2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add onion and saute. Add thyme and potatoes. Saute 1 more minute. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add flounder and scallops. Cook, covered, about 8 minutes.
    Combine milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Stir into soup and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
