Mock Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 marshmallows
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat marshmallows and milk until dissolved.
    Allow to cool. Whip whipping cream for 2 minutes and add marshmallow mixture. Add vanilla and mix.
    Pour into freezing tray and add Grape-Nuts. Cut Grape-Nuts through mixture with knife.
    Freeze 2 hours.
