Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine Raisin Bran, sugar and flour sifted with soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
    Add mixture of eggs, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate in covered container. Fill tins 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    May be kept in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
