Pork Chops 'N Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 large can hominy
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (or white sauce)
    1 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Flour and season pork chops.
    Saute onion in oil.
    Brown chops in skillet only until slightly brown.
    Place hominy in bottom of a shallow baking dish.
    Follow with chops and onions.
    Cover all with soup, diluted with 1/2 cup water.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
