Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced, cooked ham
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
Preparation
    Brown ham in butter and brown sugar.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add to skillet the rest of the ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
    Top vegetables with ham; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
