Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced natural Swiss cheese, diced
1/3 c. diced green onion
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk; mix until blended.
Stir in drained crab, cheese and green onion.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
