Quick Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Minute rice
1 stick butter or margarine
1 can chicken broth (or beef broth if desired)
3 or 4 pinches of vermicelli
salt
pepper
Preparation

Brown vermicelli in butter on low heat, add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and add broth.
Return to heat and add rice.
Cook on medium high until comes to boil, lower heat and cook until 95% of broth evaporates.
