Danish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. pared, sliced apples
Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Test with toothpick at 45 minutes.
Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
