Apple-Pear Dessert Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. peeled, thin sliced apples
    2 c. peeled, thin sliced pears
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter.
    Add egg; mix until well blended. Add combined oats, flour and spices; mix well.
    Spread onto greased 12-inch pizza pan.
    Arrange fruit on batter.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is tender.
    Cool and cut into wedges.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
