Ingredients

6 to 7 medium sweet potatoes
1 can peach pie filling
cinnamon and sugar to taste

Preparation

Cook the sweet potatoes.
Slice and layer in baking dish. Pour peach pie filling over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
