Orange Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges (use juice from 1 can only)
Preparation
    Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved; add orange sherbet, stirring until melted. Add oranges and juice from one can.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate.
    Yield: 10 servings.
