Pumpkin-Pineapple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 med. eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 c. crushed pineapple, no sugar added
    4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1-1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    brown sugar replacement to equal 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavoring
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    4 slices enriched white or whole wheat bread, crumbled in blender
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add pumpkin, pineapple, vanilla and oil.
    Mix until well blended.
    In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Pour into 8 x 8 nonstick pan or foil tin.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Divide equally into 4 portions.
    Makes 4 servings as part of midday meal. Supplement as required.
