Squash Delight Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash, cooked and salted until barely tender
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted oleo
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Place squash in casserole dish; cover with mixture of remaining ingredients except oleo and dressing mix.
    Mix oleo with dressing mix and top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
