Zucchini Bread Or Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix all ingredients except eggs and oil.
    In another bowl, beat eggs and oil.
    Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
    Turn into two greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans or Bundt pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert on rack and cool completely.
    Sprinkle a little confectioners sugar on top.
