Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Sift flour once; measure. Add baking soda and salt and sift again. Add enough sour cream to form a soft dough. Turn onto floured board. Knead slightly. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with floured biscuit cutter. Bake in hot oven (500\u00b0) 15 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
