Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes, strained of juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Fry onion until light brown; add flour and brown.
    Add the tomatoes and then strain all in pan and add the salt and sugar. Cook about 5 minutes until thick.
    This gravy is good with beef meat from soup and potatoes.
