Country Style Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boiling potatoes
    1/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. Land O Lakes butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until cooked.
    Drain water.
    Add evaporated milk and mash with fork.
    Then mix with blender on whip.
    Add butter; whip until creamy.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve in a bowl; garnish with fresh parsley.
