Gazpacho(Cold Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 medium cucumber
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 small clove garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Skin tomatoes; coarsely chop in large bowl.
    Combine tomatoes, juice, cucumbers, onion, pepper, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Chill and serve.
