Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (Stove Top stuffing is okay)
    1 large onion, minced
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach, then drain all water out.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into balls 1 inch in diameter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Freeze or refrigerate for 1 or 2 days.
    Heat in microwave to warm.
    Yields 60 to 70 balls.
