Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini squash, sliced
    3 to 4 slices bacon, fried
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 c. green pepper
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    1 can wedge cut tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice
    zucchini
    into bacon grease along with onion and green pepper.
    Fry until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Season with salt, pepper
    and garlic.
    Add tomatoes and sugar.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with crumbled bacon and grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
