Spaghetti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dry basil
3/4 tsp. dry oregano leaves
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white cooking wine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
Preparation

Heat oil and add meat, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Cook until meat is browned and onion is translucent.
Drain excess oil. Then add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes over low to medium heat.
While sauce is simmering, cook a 12 ounce package of spaghetti noodles to desired tenderness.
Serve sauce over hot spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Makes about 5 large servings.
