14-Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 (6 oz.) jars baby food carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
