Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    In plastic bag, combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
    In shallow dish, stir together egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture.
    Place 2 to 3 pieces at a time in plastic bag.
    Close and shake to coat.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
