Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped, canned pimento
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook macaroni using package directions; drain.
    Simmer chopped onions in 1/4 cup water, covered, 5 minutes.
    Add skim milk and cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts.
    Pour over macaroni. Add pimentos and mix well.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Dash with paprika.
    Serves 6.
