Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 1 pkg. each thighs and breasts
9 corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Bake chicken (cut up) in 400\u00b0 oven wrapped in foil for 1 hour. Cut tortillas in 8 triangles.
Mix soup, chilies and onion.
Take juice from foil and spread on bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Place tortillas next, followed by pieces of chicken (bite-size), soup mixture and cheese.
Makes 3 layers altogether. Bake, covered, with foil, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
