Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size squash
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped up
    1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1 c. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water until tender.
    Drain. Salt to taste.
    Saute onions in butter and add squash.
    Stir. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
    Top with eggs, cheese and corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Yields 4 servings.
